I am Thabang Amohelo Mokeona, Founder and Lead Baker of The Basil Taste, a company that specializes in bespoke custom cakes, deserts, and a mobile cake and dessert bar station. with a strong background in the food and beverage industry and a degree in consumer science, Culinary Arts, and Patisserie - I bring both expertise and creativity to the business. I am deeply passionate about crafting elegant, high - quality, and flavored desserts, with a focus on curating beautifully designed cake and desert stands that create memorable experiences.
